Booth Rentals

*People renting booths will be able to set up their booth on the evening of Friday the 15th

1/2 the cost of the booth rental must be paid as a non-refundable deposit by August 1 2008. Remaining owed to be paid prior to possession of booth the evening of Aug 15th 2008 or the morning of Aug 16th 2008.

All rental equipment must be returned clean and undamaged by 5:00 pm Sunday August 17 2008. Damaged equipment will result in the purchase of the equipment by the renter.

Camping available on the Rodeo grounds

  • $20 per night
  • washroom facilities
  • disorderly conduct will result in immediate eviction of grounds
  • no dogs left unattended at any time
  • dogs must be leashed or kenneled at all times
  • dog handlers must clean up after their dogs
  • no littering
  • no fires allowed
